ImpactPilot doesn’t just pull data from HubSpot — it also pushes valuable data back. This means you can build reports and dashboards in HubSpot that reflect your Impact Points, AI Insights, and Impact Drivers.

1. What data is pushed back to HubSpot

ImpactPilot automatically syncs the following information back into HubSpot:

  • Impact Points achieved per account
  • Impacted Accounts (which customers have measurable impact)
  • AI Insights detected by the agents
  • Impact Drivers linked to each account

All of these values become HubSpot properties that you can use in lists, views, and reports.


2. Finding ImpactPilot data in HubSpot

To see which properties are available:

  1. Go to a Company Overview in HubSpot.
  2. Click Edit Columns.
  3. Type Impact in the search bar.

You’ll now see a list of all ImpactPilot properties, such as:

  • AI insights returned from ImpactPilot
  • Achieved points per account
  • Links back to the company page in ImpactPilot
  • Impact Drivers (e.g. Auto-Renewal Clause Added)

3. Building Reports and Dashboards

Because the data is synced, you can use it in HubSpot dashboards. Examples include:

  • Portfolio Overview
    • All Impact Driver points achieved in the current cycle.

      Impact Points by Journey Stage

    • Number of points per stage (Onboarding, Adoption, Expansion, Renewal).

      Risk Detection Widget (AI agent widget)

    • Displays how many accounts are flagged, including the type of risk.

      Impact Drivers Won vs. Pitched

    • Shows how many drivers have been achieved versus those still pending, segmented by customer tier.

These dashboards help visualize the value and risks across your customer base directly inside HubSpot.


4. List of available ImpactPilot properties

The below list can be synced back to Hubspot, contact your Admin to request this to be synced if you cannot see the property yet.

Important: the individual Impact Drivers will always be synced. The AI agents will also always be synced.

Impact Driver Points (all time) Total cumulative points earned through closed-won impact drivers
Impact Driver Points (6 months) Points earned from closed-won impact drivers in the last 6 months
Impact Driver Points (12 months) Points earned from closed-won impact drivers in the last 12 months
Impact Driver Points (this cycle) Points earned from closed-won impact drivers in the current cycle
Account plan active Indicates whether an account plan is currently active
Account plan completion Completion percentage of the current account plan
Link to account plan URL linking to the account plan in ImpactPilot
Impact Driver Points (previous cycle) Points earned from closed-won impact drivers in the previous cycle
Impact Drivers Closed Won (all time) Total number of closed-won impact drivers over all time
Impact Drivers Closed Won (this cycle) Number of closed-won impact drivers in the current cycle
Impact Drivers Pitched (all time) Total number of impact drivers pitched over all time
Impact Drivers Pitched (this cycle) Number of impact drivers pitched in the current cycle
Impact Drivers Implemented (all time) Total number of impact drivers marked as implemented over all time
Last impact driver won Title or name of the most recently closed-won impact driver
Last impact driver won date Date the most recent impact driver was closed-won
Account plan description Short description of the current account plan
Account plan goal name Name of the primary goal in the account plan
Account impacted (this cycle) Indicates if the account was impacted during this cycle
ImpactPilot Company Page URL to the company’s profile page on ImpactPilot

5. Summary

With ImpactPilot and HubSpot combined you can:

  • Track Impact Points and Drivers in native HubSpot reports.
  • Monitor AI insights at account level.
