3. Insights: AI agents

ImpactPilot’s AI Agents analyse your HubSpot data to surface valuable insights that help you stay ahead of risks, opportunities, and customer health signals.

This article explains:

  • How to review, resolve, or mark insights as incorrect
  • How to set up notifications for AI insights

Important: Check with your ImpactPilot admin which AI Agents are setup. If there are none setup, you will not be able to find the insights.


1. Types of AI Agents

AI Agents automatically process HubSpot data and highlight key insights. In this table you can find the different type of AI Agents available in ImpactPilot.

Agent Description Insights
Risk Detection Leverages HubSpot data (meetings, calls, properties) to flag customer risks and writes them to a multi-select property for use in reports and workflows. Bugs, Termination Risk, Renewal Risk, Competition Risk, Financial Risk, Adoption Risk, Engagement Risk, Champion Leaving, Ghosting
Health Rationale Evaluates customer data and provides health rationale.
Product Feedback Detects product feedback from customer communication. Product issue, Feature request, UI/UX improvement, Limitation, Positive feedback
Opportunity Detection Detects opportunities from customer communication. Expansion Potential, Cross-Sell Signal, Upgraded Tier Fit, ROI Proof Point, Advocacy Willingness, Executive Engagement, New Initiative Alignment, Integration Opportunity, Feature Fit Opportunity
Usecase Detection Detects possible use cases a customer might be using the solution for. Efficiency & Productivity, Collaboration & Communication, Data & Insights, Compliance & Security
Followup Agent Evaluates customer data and provides suggestions for follow-up communication.

2. Adding AI Agents

You can add agents as properties in your customer overview:

  1. Click Add Property.
  2. Select the desired AI Agent (e.g. Risk Detection).
  3. The property will appear under the purple “AI Agent” tab.

This gives you an at-a-glance view of what each agent detects for your customers.


3. Viewing AI Insights

When AI Agents detect new insights, a 💡 light bulb icon will appear in the customer overview.

  • Click the light bulb to open the customer profile.
  • Go to the Details tab to see the insights per agent.
  • The Health Rationale provides a summary; other agents show event-based insights with timestamps.


4. Managing AI Insights

There are different actions you can take with the insights gathered. You can manage them as follows:

  • Mark as Incorrect → if the insight doesn’t match your definition or is based on wrong data.
  • Resolve → if the issue has already been handled. Add a note explaining the resolution.
  • Other reason → enter your own explanation if needed.

This feedback helps keep your data clean and improves accuracy.


5. Notifications

To stay up to date on AI Agent insights, set up notifications:

  1. Go to the ImpactPilot web app. (app.impactpilot.io)
  2. Click on your name (top right) → Notifications.
  3. Choose Add Notifications.
  4. Select which agents you’d like updates from. (Note: only agents that have been setup are displayed here)
  5. Opt to receive a weekly status update.

6. Summary

With AI Agents you can:

  • Detect risks, opportunities, health signals, and feedback automatically.
  • Add agents as properties for easy visibility.
  • Review and manage insights in the customer profile.
  • Stay updated via notifications.
