Creating Workflow Segments for Enterprise Customers

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to create workflow segments for enterprise customers, ensuring clarity and measurable goals for team members.

Key Steps


1. Create a new segmetn 0:12

  • Navigate to the segments
  • Create a new view and give it a clear name
  • Apply a filter

2. Add Relevant Properties and Impact Drivers 0:24

    To help your team easily track progress and performance, make sure the following key properties are included and visible in your Impact Driver view:

    • 📊 Accounts impacted this cycle

      Shows how many customer accounts have achieved one or more Impact Drivers within the current cycle (e.g., month, quarter).

    • ⭐ Points this cycle

      Displays the total number of Impact Points earned during the current cycle — a quick way to measure team or segment momentum.


3. Set Up Impact Drivers 0:49

  • If you have not yet set up impact drivers please set them up here
  • Add relevant impact drivers to the segment
  • If impact drivers are not set up, refer to the instructional video on creating impact drivers.


4. Sort the View by Points 1:41

  • Sort the view by 'Points this cycle' in descending order.
  • This will prioritize customers with the highest points for attention.

6. Review Impact Drivers and Conditional Formatting 1:56

  • Review the impact drivers to see which customers have been impacted.

    Set up conditional formatting:

    • Use green for 'Yes' (impacted) and red for 'No' (not impacted).
  • Access conditional formatting settings to update as needed.
