Using ImpactPilot MCP - Advanced Prompts
🧠 ImpactPilot MCP — Prompt Library
Copy-paste prompts for CSMs and managers, built for Claude (or any MCP-connected assistant) once ImpactPilot MCP is live. Each one answers a specific question a CSM already asks in their head — this just gets the answer in seconds.

🚨 Risk & Retention
1. Risk across high-revenue accounts
Answers: "Which of my biggest accounts are most likely to churn right now?"
Prompt
Using ImpactPilot MCP (and HubSpot MCP for deal value, if connected), pull my active Risk-type Signals across all customers and rank accounts by contract value or ARR, highest first. For the top 10, list: customer name, account value, number of active Risk Signals, and the Signal name + rationale for each. Present it as a table.
Or ask it like this: "Using ImpactPilot MCP, show me my highest-value accounts sorted by number of active Risk Signals, riskiest first."
Pulls: Active Signals (name, rationale, status = active, type = Risk) via ImpactPilot MCP. ⚠️ Ranking by account value needs a connected CRM MCP — not in ImpactPilot MCP's scope.
2. Churn analysis — 🆕
Answers: "Of everyone who's ever looked like a flight risk, who did we save — and who did we lose?"
Prompt
Using ImpactPilot MCP, find every customer who has had a Churn Risk or Termination Risk Signal, active or resolved. For each one, determine the outcome — Retained or Churned — based on whether the risk Signal was resolved with the account still active, or the account was ultimately lost. In 1–3 sentences each, explain what caused the original risk, and separately, what drove the outcome (what turned it around, or what we couldn't overcome). Present as a table: Customer, Outcome (Retained / Churned), Rationale.
Or ask it like this: "Using ImpactPilot MCP, look at every customer who ever had a churn or termination risk Signal — which ones did we save, which did we lose, and why?"
Pulls: Churn Risk / Termination Risk Signals (name, rationale, status, status history) via ImpactPilot MCP. ⚠️ "Retained vs. Churned" isn't a field ImpactPilot tracks directly — the assistant infers it from resolution notes unless a lifecycle/deal-stage field is available to confirm. Decide if that's reliable enough to ship as-is, or if the output needs a "CSM: confirm outcome" flag.
📈 Expansion & Growth
3. Upsell potential
Answers: "Who in my book is showing real signs they're ready to grow?"
Prompt
Using ImpactPilot MCP, pull my active Opportunity-type Signals across my portfolio. For each customer with one or more, list the Signal name(s), the rationale, and their total count of active Opportunity Signals. Sort by count, highest first, and present as a table.
Or ask it like this: "Using ImpactPilot MCP, which accounts have an active Signal related to expansion or upsell, and what's the reasoning behind each one?"
Pulls: Active Signals (name, rationale, status = active, type = Opportunity) via ImpactPilot MCP, grouped by customer.
4. Case study candidates
Answers: "Who's had enough wins that they'd make a great reference customer?"
Prompt
Using ImpactPilot MCP, pull completed Impact Drivers across all customers, focusing on ones tied to advocacy, satisfaction, or expansion. For each strong candidate, list which Impact Drivers they've completed and when, any active Opportunity Signals for extra context, and a one-line reason they're a good case-study fit. Present as a table, sorted by number of completed Impact Drivers, most first.
Or ask it like this: "Using ImpactPilot MCP, which customers have completed the most Impact Drivers, and which of those might be ready to feature in a case study?"
Pulls: Completed Impact Drivers (name, completion status/date) via ImpactPilot MCP, plus active Opportunity Signals for context.
🎯 Impact Driver Performance
5. High-value accounts with low Impact points
Answers: "Where are our biggest accounts and our actual delivered value furthest out of sync?"
Prompt
Using ImpactPilot MCP (and HubSpot MCP for deal value, if connected), pull Impact points per customer and rank customers by contract value, highest first. For the 10 highest-value customers with the fewest Impact points, list: customer name, account value, total Impact points earned, and which Impact Drivers are still open or suggested. Present as a table sorted by account value, descending.
Or ask it like this: "Using ImpactPilot MCP, show me our highest-value accounts with the lowest Impact points earned, and what's still outstanding for them."
Pulls: Account-level Impact points and open/suggested Impact Drivers via ImpactPilot MCP. ⚠️ Same CRM-MCP dependency for account value as prompt #1.
6. Most-completed Impact Drivers
Answers: "Which milestones are landing across the portfolio, and which ones keep stalling?"
Prompt
Using ImpactPilot MCP, pull all completed ('Closed Won') Impact Drivers across every customer. Group by Impact Driver name and count how many distinct customers completed each one. Present as a table sorted from most- to least-completed, and call out any driver that's lagging well behind the others.
Or ask it like this: "Using ImpactPilot MCP, which Impact Drivers have we closed won most often, and which ones are lagging behind?"
Pulls: Completed Impact Drivers (name, status = Closed Won) via ImpactPilot MCP, aggregated across the portfolio.
👥 Team & Ops
7. Active Signals by CSM
Answers: "Is the book balanced, or is someone quietly underwater?"
Prompt
Using ImpactPilot MCP, pull all active Signals across my portfolio grouped by owner (CSM). For each CSM, show total active Signals, the Risk vs. Opportunity split, and how many are high priority. Present as a table sorted by total active Signals, highest first, and flag anyone with a notably high Risk count.
Or ask it like this: "Using ImpactPilot MCP, how many active Signals does each CSM currently have open, how many are high priority, and how do they split between risk and opportunity?"
Pulls: Active Signals (name, status = active, type, owner, priority) via ImpactPilot MCP, grouped by owner. ⚠️ Needs the priority field — see gap table at top.
❤️ Account Health
8. Health analysis — 🆕
Answers: "If I could only look at one number per account, which one tells me who needs attention first?"
This is the deep one — a full weighted health score per account, built entirely from live Signal data.
Prompt
Using ImpactPilot MCP, build a customer health-score table from each account's active Signals only (skip dismissed or resolved ones).
Exclude from scoring: internal playbook/process detectors (e.g. any "[step]: Any → Closed Won" detector, or onboarding steps like kickoff/training/offer-signed) and "Feature request" Signals — none of these reflect customer health.
Classify everything else as Risk (churn/disengagement) or Opportunity (expansion/success). If a Signal is genuinely ambiguous, default to Risk and tag it "(ambiguous)".
Weight by priority — high = 3, medium = 2, low = 1 — and sum per account, separately for Risk and Opportunity. Net Score = Risk − Opportunity.
Sort by Net Score, most at-risk first. For near-ties, don't just drop the difference — add an inline tag like "(+2 opp: renewal signed)" explaining the tiebreak.
Present as a table: # | Customer | Risk Score | Opp Score | Net Score | Signals (🔴/🟢 + label) | Health Rationale (2–4 sentences, your own words) | Source (engagement/property + date, per Signal).
Edge cases: an account with zero scored Signals still gets a row — 0/0/0, "No active health-relevant signals." If rationale or source is missing, write "not recorded" rather than guessing. Don't invent Signals, rationale, or sources — every row must trace back to an actual Signal record.
Or ask it like this: "Using ImpactPilot MCP, score every customer's health from their active Signals — weight by priority, split into Risk vs. Opportunity, and rank the riskiest accounts first, with a short rationale and source for each Signal."
Pulls: Active Signals per account (name, type, priority, rationale, source engagement/property, date, status) via ImpactPilot MCP. ⚠️ Fully dependent on the priority field — this prompt can't degrade gracefully without it, since the whole score is priority-weighted.
