Confiuring Insights Segments
Creating Customer Segments and Insights Dashboard
1. Set Up Segments 0:01
- Begin by defining segments, which are groups of customers you want to analyze or create workflows for.
- Example: Create a segment called 'Daily Insights'.
2. Filter by Lifecycle Stage 0:30
- Apply a filter to the segment based on the lifecycle stage of customers.
- Set the filter to 'Customer' to focus on relevant data points.
3. Select Properties to Display 0:48
- Choose the properties or metrics you want to display in the insights view: We reccomend adding the AI agents you have set up:
- Agents
- Risk Detection Agent
- Opportunity Agent
- Product Feedback Agent
- Health Rationale
- Product usage data
- Monthly Active Users
- Renewal data
- Contract End Date
- Auto Renewal Status
- Impact Data
- Number of Impact Points.
- Account Impacted
- Agents
4. Sort the View 2:15
- Choose how to sort the data in the view.
- Example: Sort by 'Contract End Dates' in descending order to see contracts expiring soon.
5. Create Sparkline for Impact Points 2:48
- To visualize impact driver points over time, create a sparkline:
- Click on 'Create Sparkline'.
- Set it to display data over the past year.
6. Customize Your View 3:07
- Drag and drop columns to customize your view.
- Note: Customizations will only affect your personal view unless reset.
7. Update View for All Team Members 3:21
- To make changes visible to all team members, reset the view and add necessary columns (e.g., 'Account Impacted').
