Q1. Can I see all customers, not just my own?

A: By default, segments are filtered to your own customers. If you want to see all customers, there are two options:

  • Assigning the manager role → lets you see all customers.
  • Creating an “All View” or a HubSpot report → to see the status of each other’s customers (points, agent results, etc.).

Q2. Can I complete steps for a colleague (e.g. during sick leave)?

A: Only possible if you have the manager role, since the “me” filter in the agent role cannot be removed.
