✅ Minimum HubSpot Permissions for Admin Users of ImpactPilot

To make the most out of your ImpactPilot integration, certain permissions in HubSpot must be granted to ImpactPilot admin users. These permissions ensure ImpactPilot can read, write, and interact with key CRM data like companies, meetings, notes, and custom fields.

1. 📁 CRM Object Permissions

These allow ImpactPilot to access core CRM records like companies, meetings, notes, and CRM emails.

✅ What to enable:

  • Companies
    • View: All companies
    • Edit: All companies
    • Delete: Their companies (optional)

      CRM Emails

    • View: All CRM emails
    • Edit: Their CRM emails + Unassigned
    • Delete: Optional

      Meetings / Calls / Notes

    • View: All meetings, calls, and notes
    • Edit: All notes
    • Delete: None

2. ⚙️ Settings Access

These permissions are required to install the ImpactPilot app, manage custom properties, and interact with the HubSpot marketplace.

✅ What to enable:

  • App Marketplace access → ✅ ON
  • App Marketplace uninstall access → ✅ ON
  • Edit property settings → ✅ ON
  • (Optional) Modify billing access and personal email access can remain OFF
