This article outlines the steps to reset cycles in ImpactPilot, ensuring accurate tracking of impact points and achievements for each cycle.
Key Steps
Step 1: Understand Cycles 0:00
- Cycles are periods (typically a quarter) used to count impact points won per person and customer.
- Each cycle tracks achievements and impacted accounts.
Step 2: Access Cycle Settings 0:38
- Navigate to the settings in ImpactPilot.
- Click on the 'Cycle' tab to manage cycles.
Step 3: End Current Cycle 0:55
- Click on the option to end the current cycle.
- Note that this process may take some time as it updates in the backend.
Step 4: Notify Team of Cycle End 1:06
- An email will be sent to all team members notifying them that the cycle has ended, including achievements for reference.
Step 5: Start New Cycle 1:16
- Click to start a new cycle.
- Name the new cycle (e.g., 'Q2-26').
